These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The Body Lounge. By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment or package, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Consultations & Suitability

All clients must complete a consultation prior to treatment. This includes providing accurate personal and medical information to assess suitability.

The Body Lounge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest.

Treatment Information

All treatments provided by The Body Lounge are cosmetic and non-invasive in nature.

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for medical advice or surgical procedures.

Clients acknowledge that multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise stated. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the person named at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require adequate notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Specific cancellation timeframes are outlined in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Failure to attend an appointment or provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Packages & Expiry

Treatment packages must be used within the stated validity period, if applicable. Unused sessions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during consultation

• Following all before and after care instructions

• Notifying us of any changes to their health or medical status

Failure to do so may impact treatment outcomes or safety.

Home-Based Studio

The Body Lounge operates as a home-based studio in Point Cook. Appointments are by booking only. Clients are expected to arrive on time and respect the privacy of the premises.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Body Lounge is not liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcomes resulting from treatments, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under law.

Privacy

Personal information collected during consultations and bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

The Body Lounge reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
