Bookings & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment at The Body Lounge, please read the following policy carefully before booking.

Booking Deposits

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all individual treatment appointments.
This deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
The remaining balance is payable in clinic at your appointment.

Deposits are not required when booking appointments using a valid treatment credit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the $30 deposit.

• If you reschedule your appointment within 7 days of the original booking, your deposit may be transferred once only to the new appointment date.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.
Full treatment charges still apply, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.

Treatment Credits (Multi-Session Packages)

Treatment credits are prepaid session bundles purchased at a discounted rate.

• Treatment credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Credits must be used within the stated validity period, which is 8 weeks from the date of the first session, unless otherwise specified at purchase.

• Sessions must be booked separately and completed within the validity period.

• Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be deducted from the remaining credit balance.

• Treatment credits cannot be exchanged for cash or used for other services.
