Before & After Care Guide
Before your treatment
To help you get the most out of your body contouring sessions, please follow these pre-treatment recommendations:
✔ Treatments should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and lifestyle, which includes the consumption of at least 2 litres of water per day to achieve results.
✔ Avoid caffeine and fatty foods on the day of treatment.
✔ Avoid a heavy meal an hour before treatment. Let your body be in a relaxed, fasting state before your session.
✔ Avoid any alcohol 24 hours pre-treatment.
✔ Avoid having any laser hair removal, laser treatment, other non-surgical body contouring treatments and excessive sun exposure on the same area you wish to have treatment 2 weeks before treatment.
✔If the skin is red, irritated or broken, we cannot treat it until the skin has completely healed.
✔ Moisturise Keep your skin hydrated to support treatment absorption and skin tone.
✔ Dry Body Brushing Lightly brush your skin before your appointment to stimulate the lymphatic system and prepare your body for detoxification.
✔ The treatments are not suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
✔ Please advise us of any blood thinning or photosensitive medication.
Your body will continue working for 3–5 days post-treatment to flush out toxins and fat released during the session. Supporting this process is key to seeing results.
✔ Drink Plenty of Water Aim for 3 litres of water per day for at least 3 days following your treatment.
✔ Keep Moving Engage in light exercise such as walking, yoga, Pilates, or an infrared sauna session. Avoid lying down for at least 30 minutes post-treatment to help burn off the energy released.
✔ Brush & Moisturise Use a body brush (wet or dry) to stimulate lymphatic flow and circulation. Moisturise daily to support skin firmness and toxin release.
✔ Continue a Clean Diet Stay on a low calorie, low carbohydrate, low fat and low sugar diet for 3 days post-treatment (or longer for best results). This helps your body use the triglycerides (fat) released during treatment instead of storing them again.

Recommended Treatment Plan
A minimum of 8–10 sessions per area is recommended. Allow at least 7 days between each session. Results may vary depending on individual goals and lifestyle.
Pro Tip
For best results, book your sessions consistently, stay hydrated, move daily, and nourish your body with clean, whole foods. Your commitment outside the treatment room matters just as much as what we do inside!
