Before your treatment
✔ Drink at least 2 litres of water in the 24 hours before treatment to support lymphatic drainage.
✔ Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy or fatty meals for at least 24 hours prior.
✔ Eat a light, balanced meal before your session.
✔ Keep the treatment area clean and free from lotions, oils, or fake tan.
✔ Do not have sunburn, cuts, or open wounds in the treatment area.
✔ Stay hydrated — aim for 2 litres of water daily to help flush released fat.
✔ Avoid alcohol and processed foods for 24–48 hours after your session.
✔ Engage in light exercise within 4–6 hours (e.g. brisk walking, gym session, or similar) to stimulate fat metabolism.
✔ Continue with a balanced, healthy diet to maintain results.
✔ Avoid hot showers, saunas, and vigorous activity for 12 hours post-treatment if the skin feels warm or sensitive.

Recommended Treatment Plan
For best results, Laser Lipo is recommended 1–2 times per week. Most clients see noticeable results after 6–8 sessions, depending on individual goals. Maintenance sessions every 4–6 weeks may be suggested to support long-term results.
